Yep, that's what I thought. I used windows update before to find Net framework V1.1 and had the weerd conflict everytime I started up. Oh the wonders of Microsoft! Or is it the university Network settings? I'm not %100 sure what configuration net framework alters so I'm not certain where the problem is.
